announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the United States
Postal Service (USPS) to provide technology and expert consulting services,
specifically in the development and administration of Web-based versions of
USPS pre-employment personnel selection tests.
pan scientists and programming engineers will create encrypted web versions
of USPS tests using the patented pan delivery system. pan will also provide
measurement and statistical consultation, full technical support, and
advisement on standardizing the delivery of the tests and assessments into
proctored facilities.
