Information on e-Advertising for Position Openings or Positions Sought

The Job Opportunities page of the ATP Web Site provides the testing community with a central location for advertising position openings or positions sought. ATP accepts e-Ads that are free of discriminatory language. ATP reserves the right to edit all ad copy and to reject ad copy that fails to adhere to ATP’s Ad policy.

The advertisement guidelines for Openings advertisers are as follows:

Include name of employer.
Specify job title and areas of specialization required.
Describe each position opening.
Describe key responsibilities.
Indicate if the position is full- or part-time.
Indicate if employment is permanent, seasonal or contractual.
Specify salary range and salient benefits.
Specify experience and minimum qualifications required.
Include closing date for application submission.
Include starting date for employment.
Include email address to submit credentials, hyperlink to company, and any other pertinent contact information.

The advertisement guidelines for Positions Sought advertisers are as follows (names will be kept confidential by ATP):

Specify job title and areas of specialization sought.
Indicate if seeking is full or part-time position.
Indicate if employment is to be permanent, seasonal or contractual.
Specify desired salary range and salient benefits.
Specify experience and qualifications.
Include desired starting date for employment.
Include email address to submit credentials, hyperlink to company, and any other pertinent contact information (held confidentially by ATP).

CLASSIFIED RATES for e-Ads

2002 Rates: The cost for ad submission is $12.50 for non-ATP members and $11.25 for current ATP members per 50 lines or portion thereof.

PAYMENT TERMS for e-Ads

ATP accepts credit cards, purchase orders, and checks. For credit cards, we will call you for the relevant information.  Ads will be posted upon receipt of payment.

DEADLINE for POSTING of POSITION OPENINGS:

Posting of new position openings will occur with receipt of payment. Ads are to be received at least one week prior to the requested posting date. Ads  will run a maximum of 45 days. De-posting of an Ad prior to the 45 days limit requires the advertiser to complete the deposting form . An Ad will be removed within 24 hours of notification.
