| EDAC
is a business to business provider currently offering three advanced
computerized assessments that can be accessed via the Internet.
The LPA psychometric battery assesses 6 functional areas
vital for effective executive performance. These are Team
Roles, Conflict Handling, Work Styles, Learning Styles, Personality,
and Professional/Managerial aptitude. The program examines the results
of each individual assessment, and also identifies linkages between
all 6 assessments.
The MCPA is designed to elicit responses that demonstrate
the candidate's preferred approach to increasing levels of complexity
and uncertainty. Data collected forms the basis of a guided
conversation between candidate and counselor. The assessment
identifies the candidate's current level of personal capability,
and projects this into the future on a set of Growth Curves.
The EDA is 360-degree assessment that gathers data using
psychometrically-derived questions. The EDA computer program
assigns these questions to 16 competencies designed to isolate the
requirements for success at senior executive levels. EDA also
directly addresses characteristics known to be detrimental to executive
success, and as such it is also a very powerful 'EQ' assessment.
EDA includes validation of the competencies themselves, and is fully
customizable to match any desired set of competencies and questions.

EDAC assessments are conducted
via the Internet, but all data are interpreted by software programs
held by clients. These programs include sophisticated management
development utilities, e.g. a full statistical suite for the psychometric
assessment LPA.
One-to-one feedback is provided either by the global network of
EDAC associates, or by clients themselves after appropriate training. |
