The Association of Test Publishers welcomes all first timers to "Technology in Testing: Application and Innovation" (February 24-26, 2003). Because of our incredible growth each year, there will be several newcomers just like you at this year's conference. As an added welcome, we are kicking off this year with a Newcomers' Reception scheduled the evening before the conference begins.
