Hotel reservations will be accepted at the conference rate until January 3, 2002. A one-night deposit is required to reserve your room. Cancellations must be received by the resort in writing 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival in order for your deposit to be returned. Make sure that you obtain a cancellation number from the hotel. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
